"noirish cartoon"

The ape man was funny when he started to talk. The elastic fist was great too. Good animation! Nice blood effects. Some audio mix problems, I couldn't hear Abe Nixon very well at the end. Interesting song choices too. Strange story, Dole finds a mask and follows the clue to the building. One crime fighting detective in a city of strange people, he must defeat the evil and go back to being angry at the furries. It's a noir of sorts.

What some of the reviewers are trying to say is that it's just fighting. And fighting without purpose or meaning feels empty. Even in Fight Club they had a purpose. The animation was great, the graphics, the loose control of the camera at the beginning was awesome.

It feels incomplete because it's not a story, it's the scene we see after the two characters can't resolve their differences and then decide to battle it out. It's a great scene. You could do something with the two human kids, since the shots go back to them a few times. Make a story between them. However this might be counter-productive since your style shows multiple fights, multiple characters, and multiple locations.

It was entertaining to watch, but became too long at about midpoint. Good luck with future projects! And great job to the animators!

That was awesome. It's so interactive that my fingers are sore. You guys found some great music, helps set the mood. Graphics are amazing. I wanted more challenge earlier! I got to the ninjas. They were challenging. I used the traffic as a weapon. Most of the time I was in rage mode. That was cool. I never got to meet Dad. I'm sure he will avenge my death by destroying the entire city. You sure are pushing flash to the edge. I was in low quality mode and it got slow at times. I'm running a 1.8GHZ 512MB SDRAM using Firefox browser though. Thoroughly enjoyable!
