great
How many hours did you put into that? It makes me feel like I have been pretending for a long time. This is a great piece.

I think 2/3 hours. Used a photo ref for the pose. :) Really loved doing this drawing. Thx for you reply ^^
pencil?
That arm, so much dead weight to it. I can almost feel how it lays to the ground. What did you use to make this? Colored pencil?
Actually this was originally done with a no. 2 pencil and after scanning I shopped it to look more colored pencil-ish and punched up the contrast. Essentially it's the same image with the intended range of contrast, but I definitely prefer it this way just because since I've started college I've learned to loath the look of graphite.

Look at the power in that mouth. War!
haha
barely got out!
Looks like some new age corporate crook barely escaping a crumbling business while passing out compliments. He would wear a mask. Shoot him down!
Considering all these recent bailouts I guess this picture is a little more timely.
nice detail
Looks very eastern, with the browns, the animal face, the floral pattern and 3rd eye.
Jeremy, I've always been a fan of yours, so to have you say anything nice about my work is flattering.
ignore below
good stuff, ignore that crap review below. you've got your own style and a path. this is good stuff.
style and path? I need to gain a little more self confidence before I can consider that.

glare
The mother gave back your artistic gift? That's offensive and strange. Get that glare off of the painting!
yeah I know, sorry about the glare, my camera is crap. Forced flash.

Looks amazingly like Chris Cornell in his later years.
